This question twas ask of me. I wonder how others would answer it? - It seems you don't believe in God? Then what can you really expect from life as well?

You asked this before elsewhere and I answered it than, so I'll copy my answer from there to here:
Being of Celtic (Scottish Traveler) decent and being raised Mormon, before eventually becoming a no religion Christo-Pagan, I believe in MANY Gods and that us calling them "God" is based on the fact that they are only Gods to us Humans simply because we do not understand their powers.
I also believe that it is because there are MANY visitors from an alternate plane that is the REASON we see so many different Gods in so many different cultures.
I just took my 3 brothers to watch Thor last night. I am going to buy this as soon as it comes out on DVD and use it in teaching and sermons at my church/coven, because it says EXACTLY what I believe to be true: that there are many dimensions out there at that the only reason Humans call these visitors "God" is because their powers seem "god-like" to us. -- And also I'll buy it because Loki is one of my personal patron deities/teachers/mentors. (Along with Jesus, and Liberace.)
Yep, now how often do you meet people today who list Loki as a God they believe in? LOL!
Fact of the matter is there is a written record of human history dating back 50,000 years and yet the written record of God (Judeo-Christian-Islamic God of Abraham) is less than 5,000 years old. So for 45,000 years God did not exist at all. History can PROVE this to be true. What I want to know is - Where was God hiding all that time? Why did it take Him 45,000 years to suddenly show himself to the Human Race?
Norse myth pre-dates Hebrew myth: in other words Loki is more likely to have been a REAL god than the God of Abraham was. Roman Gods predate Norse Gods, making them even more likely to have been the real Gods. Greek Gods predate all of the above make them even more likely to have been real. Egyptian Gods date back even farther, Chinese Gods can be traced back 20,000 years and the oldest God on record is Damballa-Wedo dating back to Ethiopia 50,000 years ago. The God of Abraham id the NEWEST and YOUNGEST God in written history, making him the LEAST likely to be a true God and the MOST likely to be based on myth.
And get this: it is also a PROVEN fact that the FIRST time Jesus was ever mentioned was in 382AD when Emperor Constantine COMMISSIONED and sent out a request for scribes to write a set of books (today called the New Testament) to be written for the new religion he CREATED for Rome, a religion he called "Christianity". Which is why there is NO HISTORICAL RECORD of Jesus as a real person.
Knowing the dates and the facts does change the implications of the existence of ANY God at all. And yet, I myself choose to be a Christian. Why? I will tell you why: Because regardless of wither he was God made man, a prophet, a good teacher, or a figment of a Roman king's imagination: Jesus' teachings are still good and valid and right to live by, I mean how can you go wrong if you ACTUALLY practice: "Love Thy Neighbor"?
That said. How I choose to believe is between me and myself and I and I give every one the right to choose what they choose to believe. If they choose to disbelieve in a god altogether, than so be it. Who's to say I am right and they are wrong? I accept the fact that I could be wrong and they could be right. It IS possible there is no god and everything just happened, yes. I like to think we were divinely created and did not just happen out of nothing, but until we have PROOF one way or the other, my belief in God and some other guy's disbelief in god are exactly that: our PERSONAL BELIEFS which are called BELIEFS because neither he no I can PROVE our side of the belief system one way or the other.
We are all brothers and sisters of the same universe through time and space. I choose to see no segregation of race, sex, religion, or species. I accept every one the way they are.
Have a glorious day!
